“Ali Alsabbagh is an economist by education, a marketer by profession, and a natural leader with a balanced creative and analytical thinking. He possesses a comprehensive knowledge in the fields of business development, marketing strategy, corporate communications, financial management, and ICT. He has over 10 years of diverse professional experience in campaign and project management, working with small and medium enterprises as well as corporates, in the public, private and non-profit sectors (including co-founding the Social Media Club in Bahrain). He has well-established professional relationships and know-how of the industries of oil & gas, petrochemicals, manufacturing, logistics, telecoms, real estate, and corporate communications and media.
Ali was awarded the “Best Entrepreneurial” award by the Bahrain Information Authority Affairs, at the Social Media Awards in 2012; and the People’s Choice of “Best Media Personality”award by the Social Media Club Bahrain, at the Social Media Day 2012. He is a UK graduate, with an MSc in Economics and Finance from the University of Bristol, and BA (Hons) in Multimedia Computing. He is a certified digital marketing professional and trainer, and currently pursuing his professional marketing diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
